What It Actually Costs
Every job gets a written quote — part, labor, total — before work starts. Per-job ranges are being confirmed with our suppliers; until they publish, this page shows exactly how each line item is quoted.
How our pricing works
The structure is the promise: this is exactly what you'll see quoted, line by line. The rule that runs this whole page: part + labor + total, in writing, before we touch a wrench.
| Diagnostic visit | Quoted up front | Quoted before dispatch; credited toward approved repair |
|---|---|---|
| Furnace tune-up | Quoted up front | Full checklist + written report |

The diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair. Approve the fix and it comes off the total. Decline it and you pay only the diagnostic — no pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
What changes a price
- Part cost — OEM vs. universal parts, and whether your model needs a proprietary board or motor.
- Access — attic, crawlspace, or rooftop units take longer than a basement furnace.
- System age and condition — corroded fasteners and brittle wiring add labor.
- Permits and code — replacements include permits, inspections, and haul-away.
- After-hours dispatch — emergency calls run 24 hours; ask about after-hours rates when you call.
- What doesn't change it — the written quote. Once you approve, the number is the number.

The no-pressure promise
No-pressure promise
If you decline a recommended repair, that's the end of it. You'll never get a follow-up sales call, a "limited-time" scare tactic, or a tech who won't leave without a signature.
Written prices first
Every price we quote is written down — part, labor, total — before we touch a wrench. If the number changes mid-job, the work stops until you re-approve.
We show our work
Failed parts go in your hand, not our truck. We'll photograph what we found and walk you through it, so you're buying a diagnosis — not a story.
Pricing — straight answers
Is the diagnostic fee really credited toward the repair?
Yes. Approve the repair and the diagnostic comes off the total. Decline it and you pay only the diagnostic — no pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
Do you charge more for nights and weekends?
Emergency dispatch runs 24 hours. Ask about after-hours rates when you call — we'll quote it up front like everything else.
Why don't other HVAC companies publish prices?
We ask ourselves the same question. Our whole brand is built on the opposite: written quotes, old parts back in your hand.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — $0-down options with monthly payments. Use the estimator below with your quoted price to see what the monthly looks like.
Will I get upsold once the tech is in my house?
No. Our no-pressure promise is in writing: decline a recommendation and that's the end of it. No scare tactics, no 'today only' pricing.
